Shipping Policy:

• Estimated dispatch time: 3-4 days for most products (may vary for hand-painted/hand-dyed items).
• Delivery time: 5-7 business days from dispatch via trusted courier partners like Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart.
• We do not offer expedited services at this time, but will notify customers if we introduce it in the future.

Cancellation Policy:

• Prepaid orders (domestic and international) cannot be canceled.
• Postpaid orders can be canceled only while in processing status; cancellations are not allowed once the order is shipped.

• Customers must review and accept the cancellation policy before purchasing.

Return & Exchange Policy:

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• We do not accept returns/exchanges unless a mistake was made on our part.
• Handcrafted products may have slight design or color variations, which are not grounds for return/exchange.

• Once return approved our team will arrange a return pickup within 3 business days.
• Ensure the product is in its original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Capture a picture/video of the product while handing it over to the courier and get a return pickup receipt.
• False or baseless complaints will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Refund Process & Timeline:

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account within 24-48 hours after return product delivered back to us.
• Prepaid order refunds will be processed within 2 business days and may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
• If a refund is delayed beyond 15 days, customers are encouraged to raise a chargeback with their bank.
• Non-refundable charges: COD fees and original shipping costs unless the error was on our part or the product was defective.

Return Shipment:

• Return shipment will be arranged by Trend In Need and may take 10-12 days for delivery.
• Once received, a quality check will be completed within 24-48 hours, and refunds will be processed in 15 days.
• For exchanges, the refund will be credited to the Trend In Need wallet for future use.

Colour Variations:

• Colors shown on the website represent the color family of the product, not the exact shade.
• Slight color variations due to lighting or photographic effects are not considered defects.
• Returns/exchanges for color differences will only be accepted if the wrong color was sent.

RTO (Return to Origin) Orders:

• If COD orders are refused or undelivered, COD will not be available for future orders.
• For prepaid orders, if refused or undelivered, the shipping cost will be deducted, and the refund will be issued via a coupon for future use.

Discount Offers Terms:

• Discounts apply only during the promotion period and may not include categories like Dupatta or lining materials.
• If a product is unavailable, discounts will apply based on ordered quantity, not dispatched quantity.
• If products are returned, discounts will be adjusted based on the number of accepted products, not the original quantity ordered.
• Trend In Need reserves the right to change or stop discounts at any time without prior notice.

Jurisdiction:

• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts and authorities in Mumbai.
