Trend In Need is a B2C platform that facilitates the sale of both single products and bulk orders. We do not charge any subscription or membership fees to sellers. To ensure smooth operations and maximize the benefits for all sellers, the following guidelines must be adhered to:
- GST Registration:
Sellers must have a valid GST registration to participate as a seller on the Trend In Need B2C platform. - Product Catalogue:
Sellers are required to provide a minimum of 20-25 products for the B2C platform. The pricing must be set at wholesale rates. - Dispatch Timelines:
Only products that can be dispatched within 3 days should be listed. - Force Majeure Delays:
In cases of delays caused by weather, natural calamities, or political events affecting production, sellers must inform Trend In Need so that customers can be updated. No penalties will be applied in such cases. - Product Images & Videos:
Sellers must provide high-quality images with a white background and a 1-minute video showcasing the product’s fabric and design. - Order Fulfillment & Tracking:
Shipping Labels will be shared to ship the Orders
- Returns & Exchanges:
Trend In Need offers an easy return policy for customers.
If a customer returns a product due to change of mind or personal preference, the customer will bear the shipping costs. - If there is an issue with the product (e.g., defect, wrong product, missing items), the seller will bear all shipping costs for sending, returning, and exchanging the product. These costs will be actual charges as invoiced by our courier partner.
- Return Tracking & Dispute Resolution:
Tracking information for returned products will be shared with sellers. In case of discrepancies (e.g., false updates by couriers), sellers must report the issue within 24-48 hours. - Payment Terms:
Payments will be processed monthly on the 7th of each month for all successfully delivered orders that have been confirmed by the buyer. - Fabric and Product Descriptions:
Sellers are responsible for providing accurate details of the product, including fabric descriptions, sizes, and specifications. Trend In Need will update the platform using the information provided by the seller. The seller will be held accountable for any inaccuracies in product descriptions. - Vendor Responsibility in Case of Returns:
If a return request arises due to an issue such as a wrong product, defect, or missing items, the seller will be notified. The seller must respond within 24-48 hours.
- If no response is received within this timeframe, Trend In Need will proceed with the return, and the seller will be responsible for all shipping costs.
- No Seller Fees:
Trend In Need provides 100% support to sellers, including product uploading and marketing. No fees will be charged for these services. The rules and penalties outlined above ensure timely dispatch and a smooth transaction experience for both sellers and buyers. - Copyright Responsibility:
Sellers must ensure that all images and videos provided are free from copyright infringement. In the event of any legal claims by the original owner, the vendor will be solely responsible for addressing such claims, and Trend In Need will not be held liable.
