Refund Process & Timeline:

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account within 24-48 hours after return product delivered back to us.
Prepaid order refunds will be processed within 2 business days and may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
If a refund is delayed beyond 15 days, customers are encouraged to raise a chargeback with their bank.
Non-refundable charges: COD fees and original shipping costs unless the error was on our part or the product was defective.

Return Shipment:

Return shipment will be arranged by Trend In Need and may take 10-12 days for delivery.
Once received, a quality check will be completed within 24-48 hours, and refunds will be processed in 15 days.
