Once return approved, our team will arrange a return pickup within 3 business days.
Ensure the product is in its original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
Capture a picture/video of the product while handing it over to the courier and get a return pickup receipt.
False or baseless complaints will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Refund Process & Timeline:

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account within 24-48 hours after the return product is delivered back to us.
Prepaid order refunds will be processed within 2 business days and may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
If a refund is delayed beyond 15 days, customers are encouraged to raise a chargeback with their bank.
Non-refundable charges: COD fees and original shipping costs unless the error was on our part or the product was defective.
Refund with a Coupon Code: Any coupon code provided for return product must be used within one year from the date it is issued. After this period, the coupon will expire, and the customer can no longer redeem the amount. Trend In Need will not be responsible for any refunds or extensions.

Once received, a quality check will be completed within 24-48 hours, and refunds will be processed in 15 days.
For exchanges, the refund will be credited to the Trend In Need wallet for future use.

RTO (Return to Origin) Orders:
